Dhru's Tooth Potholder

This pattern was first published February 22, 2009.
Dhru was my 1st dental student at the University at Buffalo. She was a native of India and had been a licensed dentist there. She met an Indian man who was living in the United States. They married and ended up in Buffalo. She was given credit for college, but had to go through  the last two years of dental school to get licensed in the US. This potholder was made for her.

This is a popular pattern with people who need gifts for dentists or people who work in a dental office.
