I know there is an easier way to write this pattern out.  These are just the notes I wrote down as I went. It has yet to be tested. PLEASE let me know if you find any mistakes . . spelling included.

Rnd 1: Magic Circle. . Ch 3, make 12 dc in circle, sl st to join. (12 dc)

Rnd 2: Ch 3, dc in same sp, 2 dc in next 11 sts, 1 dc in last st, sl st to join, ch 3. (24 dc)

Rnd 3: Dc in same st, *2 dc in next st with 1 dc in following st,* sl st to join, ch 3, turn. (36 dc)

From this point forward each round will have a total of 36 stitches or a combination of stitches and ch's that add to 36.

Rnd 1: FPDC around each st in Rnd 3, sl st to join, ch 1. turn. ( 36 fpdc)

Rnds 2 - 3: Sc in same st and each st around, sl st to join.

Rnd 4: Ch 3, *sk 1 st, dc in next st then dc in the skipped st (you have made an X stitch),* repeat from * to * around ending with a dc in the last st, sl st to join, ch 1.

Rnds 5 – 10: Repeat rounds 2 – 4.

Rnds 11 – 27: Repeat Rnd 2. At the end of rnd 27, ch 3 after joining.

Rnd 28: Dc in same st and each st around, sl st to join, ch 1.

Rnd 29: Sc in same st and each st around, sl st to join, ch 4.

Rnd 30: Sk 1, *dc in next st, ch 1, sk 1,* repeat from * to * around, sl st to join, ch 1.

Rnd 31: repeat rnd 29.

Rnd 32: repeat rnd 28.

Rnd 33: Repeat rnd 2.

Rnd 34: Repeat rnd 3 EXCEPT after joining, turn and ch 1.

Rnd 35: Sc in each st around, sl st to join, ch 1.

Rnd 36: Sc in same st, sk 1 (dc, ch 1, dc) in next st, sk 1, sc in next st, sl st to join. Ch 1.

Rnd 37: Sc in same sp *and 1st dc, in ch 1 sp (sc, ch 3, sl st into base of sc), sc next st,* repeat from * to * ending with a sl st to beginning sc instead of a sc in next st. Fasten Off.

1.    Starting with a 3” tail, ch 50 and fasten off with a knot and 3” tail.
2.    Weave in and out of round 30 . . . from side to side.
3.    Knot both ends together over the knots already there.
